Rodney is a graduate of Southern Lehigh High School, class of 1980. He graduated from Northampton Community College in 1998, where he received an Associate of Applied Science degree in Funeral Service. He served his internship under the direction of his father-in-law, Stanley S. Stephens, Jr. Rodney became a licensed funeral director in 1999.
He is a member of Faith United Church of Christ, Center Valley. Rodney spends most of his spare time supporting his boys in their extra curricular activities. Rod also is an assistant soccer coach for the Southern Lehigh High School. He serves as treasurer for the Eastern Pennsylvania Funeral Directors Association.
Rodney is the husband of Lisa Stephens Koch. They have three boys: Jordan, Griffin, and Logan.
Rodney is very compassionate and detail-oriented.
