Henry J. Long, 92 of Allentown, passed away Sunday, April 22, 2012 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Inpatient Hospice Unit. He was the husband of the late Eleanor J. (Berry) Long. He was born in Breinigsville a son of the late Peter J. and Bessie (Crossley) Long. Henry was a Truck Technician for Mack Trucks for 37 years before retiring in 1988. He was a parking lot attendant for many years most recently for the Christ Lutheran Church lot, Allentown. He enjoyed family gatherings and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Survivors: Sons: Ronald C. husband of Marylou Long of Allentown; Thomas M. husband of Audrey K. Long of Allentown; Daughter: Sandra A. wife of Dale Johnson of Laurys Station; seven grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by two great-grandchildren Connor and Aiden. Services: 10:30 A.M. Thursday in the Stephens Funeral Home Inc. 1335-37 Linden Street, Allentown. Call 9:30 – 10:30 A.M. in the funeral home.
