Frederick C. Rosner July 18, 1945 - March 12, 2017

Frederick C. Rosner, 71, of Emmaus, passed away Sunday, March 12, 2017 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township after a brief illness.  He was the husband of Nancy L. (Ellow) Rosner.  They celebrated their 48th wedding anniversary last September.  Fred was born in Allentown a son of the late John A. and Florence A. (Lambert) Rosner.   He was a graduate of William Allen High School Class of 1963. Fred was the President and owner of Tri-County Mechanical, Bethlehem prior to his employment by JC Penney  Distribution Center before retiring in 2010. Fred was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving in the Army Corp of Engineers during the Vietnam War. He was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Allentown. Fred loved watching his grandchildren participate in sports and attended as many games as possible. He also enjoyed walks to the park and watching them play on the swings. He was an avid Duke and UCONN girls’ basketball fan and a Big Boston Red Sox Fan. He enjoyed playing golf and participated in two golf leagues.

Survivors: Wife; daughters, Michele M. wife of Harley E. Davidson of Danielsville and Kimberley A. wife of Dustin Ingersoll of Belize; twin sister, Susann C. wife of Joseph H. Gross of Hummelstown; grandchildren, Harley F. and Mikayla Davidson and Byama A. Ingersoll.

Services: 2:00 P.M. Friday in the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc. 274 North Krocks Road, Allentown. Call 1:00 – 2:00 P.M. Friday in the funeral home. www.stephensfuneral.com.
