Maria A. Monteverde January 1, 1953 - August 17, 2016
Maria A. Monteverde, 63, passed away Wednesday, August 17, 2016 in Gracedale Nursing Home, Nazareth. Born in Lima, Peru, she was a daughter of the late Augusto and Sara Hilda (Diaz) Monteverde. Maria was a customer service representative for PP&L for many years before retiring. Previously, she was an international secretary for Mack Trucks. She attended Beit Simcha (House of Joy) with her sister.
Survivors: Sister: H. Carmen Peters of Allentown; Brothers: Carlos and Gustavo of Allentown, Dante and Jorge of Peru. Maria is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
