Phyllis M. Hutchings November 6, 1925 - May 20, 2017

Phyllis M. Hutchings, 91, of Allentown, passed away Saturday, May 20, 2017, in Lehigh Valley Health Network, Salisbury Twp.  She and her husband, Robert J., would have celebrated their 59^th anniversary in July.  Born in Lime Ridge PA, she was a daughter of the late Albert and Olive (Boone) Millington.  Prior to retiring in 1985, she was the chief accountant for all locations of Hess Brothers for 20 years.  Previously, she held civilian employment for two years in the Navy’s NYC storage and supply under the direction of Admiral King.  Survivors: sons, John (Patricia B.), New Hope, Jim (Carol), Allentown; daughter, Patricia E., Allentown; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.  Services: 10:30 AM Wednesday in Nativity Lutheran Church, 4004 W. Tilghman St. Allentown.  Call 9:30 AM until service time.  Arrangements entrusted to STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME, INC.  Contributions: in lieu of flowers, to Lehigh Valley Hospice, 2024 Lehigh St. Allentown PA 18103.
