Wayne E. Lessig March 8, 1939 - September 11, 2017

Wayne E. Lessig, 78, of Allentown, passed away Monday, September 11, 2017 in the L.V. Hospital, Salisbury Twp. He was the husband of Rebecca C. (Flyte) Lessig. Born in Pen Argyl, he was a son of the late Gregory and Evelyn (Cowling) Lessig. Wayne was an Army veteran. He was a graduate of Churchman Business School, Easton. Wayne worked for Sacred Heart VNA for 15 years before retiring. Previously, he sold dental supplies and equipment for A. Leventhal & Son for 25 years. Mr. Lessig was a member of Grace United Methodist Church, Pen Argyl.

Survivors: Wife, Rebecca; Daughter: Rachel Lessig-Boyer and her husband Todd E. Boyer of Allentown; Son: Wayne E. Lessig II of Allentown; Grandchildren: Adam, Abbie and Brooke Boyer; Brother: Gregory; Sister: Dianne; Sister-In-Law: Mary Lessig. Wayne was predeceased by his brother Bruce Lessig.
