Alfred W. “Al” Holler December 10, 1947 - July 30, 2018

Alfred W. “Al” Holler, 70, of Allentown, passed away Monday, July 30, 2018 in the L.V. Hospital, Salisbury Twp. He was the husband of Nancy (Wotherspoon) Holler. They would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on August 24, 2018. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Alfred W. and Victoria S. (Berhel) Holler. Al graduated from Allentown Central Catholic H.S. and attended West Virginia University and Moravian College. He worked for Mack Trucks for 40 years before retiring in 2010. His duties included being Manager of Materials Control. Al was a CYO Boys Basketball Coach. He enjoyed playing volleyball and softball, and was a member of the Mack Trucks volleyball and softball leagues. Al was an avid golfer and enjoyed any opportunity to travel to any new course, anywhere. Mr. Holler was a member of the Mack Management Club, and was a member and active volunteer for the Allentown Preservation League and the Friends of Parkland Community Library. Al loved his family, especially his grandson.

Survivors: Wife, Nancy; Son: Marc W. Holler and his wife Juliet Bate of Washington D.C.; Grandson: Jax W. Holler; Sisters: Patricia Dougherty and her husband William of Phoenix, AZ, Jean Canzano and her husband Donald of Coopersburg; Al is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
