Andrew J. Morgan September 9, 1952 - January 6, 2026

Andrew John Morgan, 73, passed away at LVHN in Salisbury Township on January 6, 2026. Born in Allentown on September 9, 1952, he was the son of the late Mary (Tedrick) Haines and the late Thomas Morgan. He was a graduate of Southern Lehigh High School.

For more than 40 years, Andy and his brother, Bob, co-owned Morgan Company, Inc., a commercial caulking and waterproofing construction company. One of their largest projects was the Showboat Casino in Atlantic City. Andy took great pride in his work and loved to say he had the “fastest thumbs in the East,” a line that always made people laugh.

Andy grew up in Limeport, Pennsylvania, a close-knit neighborhood where everyone played games and sports together. Those early years shaped who he became — fun, outgoing, and always surrounded by friends. He was the life of the party and very popular in high school.

Andy loved sports cars, shooting pool, playing softball, telling jokes, and playing Scrabble with his mom. He enjoyed watching sports, especially the Flyers and Eagles.

Family meant everything to Andy. He especially loved his children, Kristin and Michael, and was incredibly proud of them. The family shared many wonderful memories together including family reunions in Maryland and Thanksgiving dinners at his home that were always filled with good food, laughter and time well spent.

Andy is survived by his loving daughter, Kristin Morgan-Mosher, and son-in-law, John, brothers, Tom Morgan and Charlie Morgan, sisters, Jean Morgan-Storm and Michele Morgan-Bankos, and many nieces and nephews. Andy was predeceased by his son, Michael Andrew Morgan, brother, Bob Morgan, and sister, Paula Chickilly.

Andy was truly one of a kind and will be missed more than words can express by his family, friends and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Services: 11 AM Friday, January 9th, at HEINTZELMAN – STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME, P. C., 274 N. Krocks Rd., Allentown. Visitation will be 10 AM until service time.
