Andrew M. Balik, Jr. February 6, 1977 - May 27, 2024

Andrew Michael “Andy B” Balik, Jr., 47, of Macungie PA, passed away unexpectedly on Memorial Day, Monday, May 27, 2024. Andy was the husband of Jillian (Nole) Balik. Born in Bethlehem, he was the son of Anastasia (LaRizzio) Balik and the late Andrew Michael Balik, Sr.

Andy graduated from Freedom High School in 1996 and chose to pursue a career in the automotive industry immediately afterward to align with his passion for cars and his innate ability to “read” people. It was this skill along with his drive, unrivaled work ethic and ability to achieve ANY goal he set his mind to, that made him immensely successful throughout his 28 years in the “car business.” Andy thoroughly enjoyed spoiling his family with each and every “win” including vacations (where his alter ego “Vacation Dad” threw caution to the wind), Pearl Jam concerts, shopping sprees, a backyard oasis, numerous cars, and a beautiful new home large enough to accommodate extended family if needed. His unspoken personal mission was for everyone around him to be happy and he did everything he could to make that happen, an exhausting journey for someone who strived for perfection in all aspects of his life.

Andy’s journey ended entirely too early and, while his sudden death leaves us struggling to understand, he would be the last person who would want us second guessing what we could have done differently to prevent this. Instead, reflect on the many positive memories made during his time with us as he is, and always will be, deeply loved and cherished by so many.

Andy is survived by his wife of 19 years, Jillian, his son, Michael Moyzan, of Emmaus, daughters, Marley and Danica Balik, of Macungie, his mother, Anastasia Balik, of Albrightsville, father- and mother-in-law, Michael and Marion Nole, of Emmaus, sister- and brothers-in-law, Susan and Jason Shutt, of Quakertown and Cetronia, Alyssa and Jerrod Foley, of Macungie, aunts, several nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Services: 1 PM Sunday, June 30th, at STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 274 N. Krocks Rd. Allentown. Call 11 AM until service time.
