Anita L. Henke August 22, 1941 - February 13, 2026

Anita L. Henke, 84, of Upper Macungie Twp., passed away Friday, February 13, 2026, in her home. She was the wife of Walter O. Henke. They would have celebrated their 66th wedding anniversary on February 20, 2026. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Dominic and Mildred (Micco) DeMilio. Anita graduated from Allentown H.S. in 1959. She worked as a private duty Practical Nurse and also worked in several local hospitals. Anita was a former member of St. Joseph the Worker Church, Orefield. She enjoyed cooking, keeping her lawn immaculate and spending time with her family. Anita was a very supportive mother and grandmother.

Survivors: Husband, Walter; Son: David M. Henke and his wife Johnna of Kutztown; Daughter: Jeanine L. Penn and her husband Matthew of Wynnewood, PA; Grandchildren: Angus, Thomas, Jessica, Eric, Brionna, Madison; Great-grandchildren: Charlotte, Adalyn, Joshua. Anita was predeceased by her siblings Dolores, Sandra, Robert.
