Barbara A. Mickley June 29, 1947 - April 11, 2025

Barbara A. Mickley, 77, of New Tripoli, passed away Friday, April 11, 2025, in the VNA Hospice House of St. Luke’s. She and her husband, Kenneth R., celebrated their 51st wedding anniversary. Born in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Eleanor M. (Balliet) and Theodore F. Hilbert. She was a graduate of Whitehall High School and a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Emmaus. Prior to retiring, Barbara was employed for nine years at the Lehigh County Courthouse. She had been previously employed at Clover, Sears and Kohl’s. She enjoyed garage sales and had an extensive collection of Longaberger baskets. She most enjoyed her time spent with her grandchildren and her daily trips for ice cream.

Survivors: husband; daughter, Kristina; sons, Keith and Brad; grandchildren, Lauren, Zachary, Taylor, and Leah; sister-in-law, MaryLou Hilbert. She was preceded in death by brother, Kenneth C.

Services: 11 AM Thursday, April 17th, at STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME, INC. 274 N. Krocks Rd., Allentown. Call 10 AM until service time. Interment will be in Jordan Lutheran Church Cemetery, Orefield.
