Barbara R. Lewis October 28, 1932 - July 6, 2024

Barbara R. Lewis, 91, passed away on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at her residence in Northampton surrounded by her loving family. Born in 1932, she was the daughter of the late Walter and M. Irene (Sutton) Farrell. She was the wife of the late Dwight D. Lewis, with whom she shared 49 years of marriage until his death in 2001. Barbara most recently worked for Service Electric Cable TV as a customer service representative.

In her spare time, she was a volunteer for Lehigh Valley Hospital, Muhlenberg Campus for many years. She also loved knitting and making craft projects.

Barbara is survived by her children, Cheryl Butz (Richard Butz) and Jeffrey S. Lewis (Diane Strayer Lewis), sister, Deborah Bartholomew, 6 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren.

A Funeral Service will be held Thursday, July 11, at 10:00 AM a viewing will be held prior to the service from 9:00-10:00, all at Stephens Funeral Home, 274 N. Krocks Rd. Allentown, PA 18106. Interment will be held privately.
