Betty H. Kostiuk November 3, 1929 - September 23, 2019

Betty H. Kostiuk, 89, of Allentown Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 23, 2019 at Country Meadows in Allentown.  A retiree from New Jersey Bell Telephone Company, she was a loving wife and step-mother.  Betty will be sadly missed but never forgotten.  Survivors: Betty is survived by loving step-children, Danielle Casamento, Kathleen Slater and Roger Kostiuk and extended family members.  She was predeceased by her beloved husband, John “Jack” Peter Kostiuk, parents, Joseph and Rose Hirth, and step-children, Christine, Jack and Alan Kostiuk.  Services: In respect of Betty’s wishes, there will be a private graveside service where she will be laid to rest with her mother in Pennsylvania.  Arrangements entrusted to STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME, INC.  Contributions: Betty’s favorite charities were Little Sisters of the Poor (Scranton PA), St. Joseph’s School for the Blind (Jersey City NJ), Humane Society of PA, and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital (Memphis TN).
