Betty M. Gehringer December 4, 1922 - November 23, 2022

Betty Mae (Knauss) Gehringer, 99, of Country Meadows, Allentown, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2022. She was the widow of Luther (Dopey Duncan) Gehringer to whom she was married for 41 years. Born in Allentown Dec. 4, 1922, she was the daughter of Paul and Miriam (Solt) Knauss. Betty was a gentle soul whose goal in life was to make a comfortable home for her family and support her husband in his many endeavors. She is survived by her son, Geoffrey, of Emmaus, her daughter, Donna, wife of David Raedler, of Pennsburg, eight grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, and one great great granddaughter. She is also survived by her brother, Jerome Knauss and his companion, Nancy, of Allentown, and her sister, Charlotte Nowers, of Cornwall. She was predeceased by companion, Horace Eisenhardt, of Country Meadows, and her sister, Mary Leibenguth, of Emmaus. Services: Private.  Arrangements entrusted to STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME, INC.
