Brenda L. Shoemaker October 24, 1949 - October 4, 2017

Brenda L. Shoemaker, 67, of Allentown, passed away Wednesday, October 4, 2017 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township.  She was the wife of David L. Shoemaker. They were married for 46 years last June. Brenda was born in Allentown a daughter of the late William A. and Nadine (Roth) Stoneback. She was a graduate of Bloomsburg State College where she received her degree in elementary education and a minor in music. Brenda was employed as a Probate Clerk for Lehigh County for 18 years before retiring. She was a member of Hope Community Church, Fogelsville, where she was a member of the Snip and Stitch group. Brenda enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

Survivors: Husband; daughters: Stacie L. wife of George W. Boose II of Allentown and Bethanie L. Shoemaker of Fogelsville; two granddaughters and two grandsons; four nieces. She was predeceased by her sister Louise C. Gambler.
