Carol A. Ruspantini February 5, 1960 - June 18, 2021

Carol A. Ruspantini, 61, of Macungie passed away Friday, June 18, 2021, at the St. Luke’s, Allentown Campus in the arms of her loving sister, Ellen. She was born in Binghamton, NY a daughter of Anthony J. and Mary Anne (Tozer) Ruspantini with whom she resided. Carol received her B.S. from SUNY Oneonta College, then went on to receive certification as a Registered Dietician. She worked for 25 years for the MW Wood Co., then decided to go back to receive her M.S. at DeSales University as a Physician Assistant in 2005. She was currently employed by the Bariatric Physicians & Surgeons Group of St. Luke’s Hospital for the past 8 years. Carol was a member of Cedar Crest Bible Fellowship Church since 1993 where she was a member of the church choir. She participated with Compassion Incorporated fostering a couple of children including her most recent child, Elmer. She enjoyed singing, golfing, swimming, and going to the beach. Carol was well loved by her co-workers, who enjoyed Carol’s sense of humor, her passion and dedication to her patients and her theatrical ability to convey medical in-service training through “rapping”. She was active for many years in her church community. She will be forever missed by her family and friends.

Survivors: Her parents, sisters, Ellen Ruspantini Jackson of Wilmington, MA, Linda; brother, Anthony M. Ruspantini and his partner James Maguire of Providence, RI; nephews Jake and Clark Jackson and her longtime special friend Michael McCabe of Pottsville.
