Catherine M. Raciti August 30, 1928 - March 4, 2023

Catherine M. Raciti, 94, of Allentown passed away Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the Phoebe Home. Born in 1928, she was the daughter of the late Peter Gargagliano (Beatrice) and Rosa Terese. She was the wife of the late Frank Raciti, with whom she shared 46 years of marriage until his death in 1995.

Catherine was a graduate of Allentown High School. She was a devout Catholic and was most recently a member of St. Thomas More R.C.C., Allentown, PA. Catherine was a very talented artist and enjoyed creating beautiful artwork. She was also a skilled seamstress and enjoyed making her own dresses.

In addition to caring for her family, she assisted her husband working at his business, Quality Sportswear, Allentown, PA.

Catherine is survived by her sons, Peter Raciti, of Allentown, and Leonard Raciti (Serena), of Florida, 3 grandchildren and 2 great- grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Rose Conticelli and her husband Anthony.

A Funeral Service will be held  Thursday, March 9, 2023 at Stephens Funeral Home, 274 N. Krocks Rd. Allentown, PA, at 1:30PM. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 12:30-1:30.
