Christopher T. Bishop April 30, 1971 - December 14, 2017

Christopher T. Bishop, 46, of Macungie, passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2017. He was the fiancée of Patricia L. Trowbridge. Chris was born in Bethlehem a son of Carol L. (Horning) Bishop Yocum and her husband Larry of Macungie and the late John K. Bishop. He was an assistant with the Orthopedic Surgical Team at Lehigh Valley Hospital. Chris was a graduate of Saucon Valley High School Class of 1989 and the Sacred Heart School of Surgical Technicians. He was a certified EMT and was a volunteer fireman with the Steel City and Leithsville Fire Departments. Chris was an avid reader, enjoyed snowmobiling, canoeing, hiking and riding his scooter along side the love of his life. He was a passionate Eagles Fan, “Fly Eagles Fly.” Chris was truly one of the most dedicated Lacrosse “Moms” and enjoyed every opportunity as assistant coach.

Survivors: Fiancée; mother; children, Derek J. Bishop, Chloe P. Bishop and Sophie A. Trowbridge all at home; brother, John K. Bishop, Jr. and his wife Kimberly of Collinsville, OK; nieces and nephews; and countless brothers and sisters throughout the LVHN.
