Clara Deborah Mengel February 25, 1933 - November 22, 2025

Clara Deborah Mengel, 92, formerly of Allentown, passed away Saturday, November 22, 2025, in St. Francis Center, Darby, PA. She was the wife of the late Wilson M. Mengel. Born in Fleetwood, she was a daughter of the late Samuel and Deborah Ada (Moyer) Madeira. Deborah was a graduate of Fleetwood High School and Reading Business Institute. She was a dispatcher for Houghton for many years. Previously, she was a bookkeeper at Kutztown College and was also a realtor. Deborah greatest joy was being a mother.

Survivors: Daughter: Carolyn D. Mengel of Lansdowne; Grandson: Brook W. Mengel II. Deborah was predeceased by her sons, Brook W. Mengel and Forrest R. Mengel as well as 3 sisters and 3 brothers.
