Clayton C. Krasley Jr February 27, 1932 - January 19, 2023

Clayton C. Krasley Jr., 90, of South Whitehall Township, passed away Thursday, January 19, 2023. Born in 1932, he was the son of the late Clayton Krasley Sr. and Julia (Muhr) Krasley.

Clayton honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Korean War. After his service, he began working at the Western Electric Company and Lucent Technologies Inc. as a tool and die maker, until his retirement after 42 years.

In his spare time, Clayton was a talented bowler and golfer. He enjoyed the music of the Gaither Vocal Band. He also loved being out in nature, particularly watching and feeding the birds. Above all, he loved his grandchildren and appreciated all the time he spent with them.

Clayton is survived by his sons,Thomas Krasley and wife Nancy of North Catasauqua, James Krasley and companion Audrey of Walnutport, Robert Krasley and companion Cathy of South Whitehall Township, and John Krasley of New Smithville, sister Dorothy Miller of S. Whitehall, daughter-in-law Kathy Krasley, grandchildren, Stephanie, Becky, Courtney, Kiley, Corrine, and Andrew. He was predeceased by son, Stephen Krasley, grandchildren James Krasley and Julie Ann Krasley, companion Kitty, and sister Marilyn.

A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 25, 2023 at 10:00 AM, at Stephens Funeral Home, 274 N. Krocks Rd. Allentown, PA 18106. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 9-10. Entombment at Grandview Cemetery with Military Honors will follow.
