Donald W. Ortt September 25, 1940 - March 2, 2023

Donald W. Ortt, 82, of Allentown, passed away Thursday, March 2, 2023, in his home. He was the husband of Ellen B. (Lowy) Ortt. They celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary in May 2022. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Elmer and Mariam Ortt. Donald was a graduate of Allentown H.S., class of 1958. He was also a graduate of LCCC. Donald was a US Navy veteran, serving during the Vietnam Era from 1958-1966. He was a Supervisor of Computer Operations for Tarkett and retired in 2004 after 35 years with the company. After retiring, he was a cashier at Home Depot from 2005 until this past week. Donald enjoyed fishing.
