Dorothy I. Frack October 17, 1932 - November 9, 2017
Dorothy I. Frack, 85, of Allentown, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Salisbury Township. She was the companion of Steve “Horace” Spence of Allentown and the wife of the late Irwin P. Frack. Dotti was born in Hazelton a daughter of the late Stanley and Leona (Stirba) Glowaski. She and her husband owned and operated Olympian Lanes and J’s Steaks and Subs, Hellertown from 1983-1996. Dotti was an administrative assistant for Harold G. Fullmer from 1974-1990 and most recently for Woodlawn Memorial Park before retiring in 2012. She served as a Hostess at Nick’s Diner for many years. She was a member of the United Church Bowling League. She enjoyed shopping and playing board games with her granddaughters. Dotti participated in numerous sports with her grandson and taught him how to ice skate. She was an avid Phillies and Barry Manilow fan. She adored her great-grandson Dylan.
Survivors: Daughter; Brenda L. Mace of Allentown; sister; Eleanor and her husband John Venus of Allentown; grandchildren; Carissa, Ian and Erin; great-grandson Dylan. She was predeceased by her son Glenn P. Frack; brother, Stanley Glowaski; sisters, Agnes Sandt and Marcy Harkins.
Services: 10:30 A.M. Saturday, November 18th in the Nativity Lutheran Church 4004 Tilghman St. Allentown. Call 9:30 – 10:30 A.M. Saturday in the church. Interment will be in the Schoenersville Cemetery, Allentown. Arrangements by Stephens Funeral Home, Inc. www.stephensfuneral.com.
