Dr. Pasquale J. Fugazzotto July 23, 1931 - September 4, 2023

Dr. Pasquale J. Fugazzotto, of Allentown, died on Monday, September 4, 2023, at his home. He was 92. Pasquale, the son of John and Angelina Fugazzotto, was born on July 23, 1931, in Johnstown NY. He graduated from Union College and Albany Medical School. He served as a captain in the Army in Nuremberg Germany from 1961 to 1963. He started ABC Pediatrics and spent decades caring for Adolescents, Babies and Children. He is survived by his sister, Grace Fugazzotto Lomanto, of Gloversville NY, ten children and their spouses, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, and former wife, Patricia Newell Fugazzotto. Pasquale will be missed by his chocolate lab, Stella. He was predeceased by wife, Deborah, and son, Joseph. Services: Mass of Christian Burial, 10:30 AM Thursday, September 14th, in St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, 1879 Applewood Dr. Orefield. Arrangements entrusted to STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME, INC.
