Ellen B. “Bonnie” Griffin, 78, of South Whitehall Twp., passed away Sunday, November 28, 2021, in L.V. Hospital – Cedar Crest, Salisbury Twp. She was married to the late Thomas M. Bonnie was a graduate of Phillipsburg H.S. (Go Liners!). After graduating, she moved to New York City and was a secretary at GAF. She met several US Presidents while working for Donley. She was a member of the Cathedral of St. Catharine of Siena, Allentown. Bonnie gained her work ethic while working in her family’s The Cup Diner in Phillipsburg and loved to say she worked there “before she could even see over the counter.” She loved her annual family vacations to Kennebunkport, Maine, traveling and visiting lighthouses, going to Neil Diamond concerts, and watching the Hallmark Channel.
