Elsie Roughton, 105, of Allentown, passed away Thursday, November 9, 2017 in Phoebe Home, Allentown. Born in Des Plaines, Illinois, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Lucy May (Summerbell) Roughton. Elsie was a veteran of World War II, serving with the Army. She worked as a stenographer before retiring.
