Frances Mary Stinner July 27, 1930 - August 29, 2022

Frances Mary Stinner, 92, of Country Meadows, Allentown passed away Monday, August 29, 2022, in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. She was the wife of the late Floyd O. O’Brien and Clair C. Stinner. Frances was born in Hellertown a daughter of the late Russell and Veronica (Mueller) Bauder. She was employed in the housekeeping department at Rodale Press for 23 years before retiring. Frances was a member of St. Thomas More Catholic Church, Allentown. She enjoyed Bingo and the casinos. She was a lover of animals; at one time she was caring for 30 feral cats in her neighborhood- she was known as “The Cat Lady”!

Survivors: Son, Floyd O. O’Brien and his wife Sharron of Emmaus; daughters, Kimberly A. and her husband William S. Evetushick of Milton, DE, Karen L. Stinner of Berwick, PA; grandchildren, William Evetushick, Jennifer Evetushick, Joshua Evetushick, Shaun O’Brien and his wife Kate; great-granddaughters, Brooke and Julia O’Brien; sisters, Patsy Derr and her husband Carl of Fogelsville, Mary Fox of Alburtis, Nancy Hinnerschietz and her husband John of Macungie, Colleen Moyer and her husband Gerald of Mertztown; brother, James Bauder of Alburtis; sister-in-law, Carole Bauder of Alburtis and Dorothy Bauder of Macungie; numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and great nephews and her beloved cat Cocoa. She was pre-deceased by her brothers, Russell, Joseph, Robert and Thomas Bauder and her sisters Catherine Bauer, Gertrude Baus and Monica Bauder.

Services: 1:30 P.M. Tuesday, September 6th in the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc. 274 North Krocks Road, Allentown. Friends and family may call from 12:30 – 1:30 P.M. Tuesday in the funeral home. Interment will be in the Resurrection Cemetery, Allentown.
