Gloria A. Dunski February 6, 1936 - December 28, 2025

Gloria A. (Groff) Dunski, 89, of Allentown, P.A. (formerly of Whitehall), died on Sunday, December 28, 2025. Married for 51 years, she was the widow, Joseph Dunski. Born in Philadelphia, she was the daughter of the late John E. Groff and Elizabeth M. (Moyer) Groff. She was an active member of St. Mary’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church, Allentown, where she was a member of St. Mary’s Seniors, the church choir, the ladies’ auxiliary, and served on the church council. She was a graduate of Allentown High School, Class of 1953. “Glo” worked as an ad designer at The Morning Call Newspaper over the span of 44 years with time off to raise her children. She was a singer in the former Pan-Orthodox Choir, member of Morning Call Club 30, and a master home cook and baker. She hosted countless gatherings for family and friends.

Survivors: Sons, Joseph N. Dunski and his wife JoanAnn of Upper Macungie Township, and Jonathan F. Dunski of Rio Rancho, N.M.; grandchildren, Shannon Ferrante and her husband Thomas, Peter Dunski, and Paul Dunski; great grandchild Gabriella Ferrante. Gloria was preceded in death by a son, Joseph John Dunski.

Services: Noon Friday, January 2, 2026, St. Mary’s Ukrainian Orthodox Church, 1031 Fullerton Avenue, Allentown, Pa. Call 10 – 11 am, Friday, January 2, 2026, in Heintzelman-Stephens Funeral Home, P.C., 274 N.
