Ingeborg U. “Inge” Doll July 31, 1925 - March 7, 2021

Ingeborg U. “Inge” Doll, 95, formerly of Allentown, went to her heavenly home on Sunday, March 7, 2021 at Barclay Friends in West Chester, PA. Born in Breslau, Germany, she was the daughter of the late Alfred F. and Berta (Heintzelmann) Tasler. She came to the United States with her future husband, Richard N. Doll and became a US Citizen in 1951. They recently celebrated their 73rd wedding anniversary in November 2020. Inge and Richard enjoyed returning to Germany to visit friends and family for many years. Inge was a machine operator for Leonard Sportswear for several years before retiring in January of 1988. She was a member of the Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church in Allentown and a member of the former St. Andrews Church where she experienced great joy singing in the choir. Inge spread warmth and joy wherever she went and could bring a smile to anyone’s face. Inge and her husband, Richard, enjoyed going to the Saengerbund Club with friends. She was a devoted gardener, singer, and caregiver. She enjoyed spending any spare time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Her kindness, love, and tenderness will be tremendously missed by all who knew and loved her.

Survivors: Son: Roland W. Doll and his wife Debbie of Downingtown; Granddaughters: Lauren Doll, Kristen Doll Adams and her husband Michael Adams; Great-granddaughters: Hailey Ann Adams and Remy Grace Adams. Inge is also survived by many nieces and nephews who adored her. She was predeceased by her brother Walter and her sister Hilda.

Services: 1:30 pm Thursday, March 11 at Stephens Funeral Home, Inc., 274 N. Krocks Rd., Allentown 18106. Visitation 12:30 – 1:30 pm Thursday in the funeral home. www.stephensfuneral.com.
