Jane M. Roethlein April 28, 1949 - June 23, 2025
Jane M. Roethlein, 76, of Allentown, passed Monday, June 23, 2025. She was the wife of the late David E. Appel. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Jean Gertrude (Henry) and J. Hewitt Kahn. Employed as a paralegal, she was a graduate of Penn State and extensively supported her alma mater throughout her life as well as the Dolphin Research Center in Florida.
Survivors: sons, Erik and wife, Chrissy, Adam; daughter, Daniele; sisters, JoAnn Fluck and husband, Jim, Janet Drumheller and husband, Scott, Jill Rank; niece, Angelina; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by sister, Jacqueline Kahn, and brother-in-law, Robert Rank.
Services: Private. Arrangements entrusted to STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME, INC.
