John “Andy” Kistler June 12, 1963 - June 18, 2024

John “Andy” Kistler, 61, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2024 at St. Luke’s Hospital in Allentown.  Born in Allentown, PA on June 12, 1963, Andy was the son of the late John and Marcia (Greist) Kistler.  He was the husband of Lynne (Percival) Kistler, with whom he shared almost 30 years of marriage.  Andy was a member of the Professional Golfers’ Association of America and worked for many years as a golf professional starting at Brookside Country Club (Macungie) and then for PGA National Golf Club (Palm Beach Gardens, FL), Plymouth Country Club (Norristown), Allentown Municipal Golf Course (Allentown), Willowbrook Golf Club (Catasauqua) and Indian Valley Country Club (Telford). Along with golfing, Andy loved going to Stone Harbor, shopping at the Allentown Farmer’s Market, and spending time with his family.

In addition to his wife Lynne, Andy is survived by his children, Kayla Kistler (Kyle) and Andrew Kistler, sister, Karen Kistler, mother-in-law Louise Percival (Stas), brother-in-law John Percival (Laura), and sister-in-law Deb Percival (Bob), cousins and other members of his extended family, and his beloved dog Mickey.

Services will be held Friday, June 28, 2024, at Stephens Funeral Home, 274 N. Krocks Rd. Allentown, PA 18106, at 12:30 PM.  A visitation will be held from 11:00-12:30. The family requests those attending wear blue in honor of Andy’s favorite color.
