Judith B. Owens July 16, 1939 - June 19, 2025

Judith B. Owens, 85, of Allentown, PA, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2025, in her residence. She was the widow of Paul Brooks. Born in Dunkirk, NY, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Margaret (Hart) Muscato. Judy was a graduate of Bryant & Stratton College and received her bachelor’s degree from Empire State University. She was a professional secretary all of her working life. Judy worked for NY Telephone and then Verizon before retiring in 2000. She was a member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Orefield, PA. Judy was socially active and enjoyed attending activities at Active Living Senior Center in Allentown. She loved dancing and was a sports fan, especially cheering for the Buffalo Bills and the Buffalo Sabres.

Survivors: Daughter: Jennifer B. Dailey and her fiancé Michael Tanino of Orefield, PA; Son: Michael P. Brooks and his wife Jenny of Oren, Utah; Grandchildren: Jeremy High, Charles Dailey, Isabella Brooks and her fiancé Cody Dinsmore, Matthias Brooks, Charlotte Brooks, Benjamin Brooks, Phoebe Brooks. Judy was preceded in death by her brother Bernard Muscato and by her sister Ellen Muscato.

Services:  There will be a visitation from 12:00 to 1:00 pm on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at Stephens Funeral Home, Inc., 274 N.
