Judith D. Foltz September 3, 1939 - November 22, 2023

Judith D. Foltz, 84, passed away peacefully, Wednesday, November 22, 2023 at her residence at the Lutheran Home, Topton, PA.  Born in 1939, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Mary Agnes (Malik) Drenguba.  She was the loving wife of Charles Foltz, with whom she shared 52 years of marriage. She was a graduate of Ursinus College where she earned a teaching degree and taught middle school science.  Judy was a long-time and active member of St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, Trexlertown, PA.  She started and co-lead the bereavement group, which still meets monthly today.  In addition, she also led the Healthy Lifestyles Group in the Four Seasons Development.  During her time while living in Rhode Island, she was a member of the former Grace Episcopal Church in Woonsocket, RI, as well as being a member of the Rhode Island Girl Scout Council.

Judy will always be  remembered for her resilience, love of family traditions, and generous spirit.

Judy is survived by her daughters, Nancy Newcomb (Earl), Clemmons, NC, and Elizabeth Dobbs (Marc), Orefield, PA, brother Don Drenguba, Cocoa Beach, FL, grandchildren Mitchell Dobbs, Benjamin Dobbs, and Joan Hollis Riley (Jacob), and great-grandson, James.  She was predeceased by a grandson, Daniel Hollis.

Services will be held Saturday, December 9, 2023 at St. Anne’s Episcopal Church, 6667 Lower Macungie Rd, Trexlertown, PA 18087, at 11:00.  A calling hour will be held prior to the service from 10-11.  Stephens Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
