Mabel J. Wray November 23, 1937 - April 8, 2024

Mabel J. Wray, of Allentown, passed away on April 8, 2024. She was born and raised in the Riverside-Danville area where she met and married her lifelong love, Lewis V. Wray, Sr., whom she was with until his passing in 2007. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Ruth Weaver.

Together, Mabel and Lewis lived their lives raising their family of four children across many states. Mabel spent her role of mother sharing her passions for travel, learning, reading, art, music, cooking, sewing, and knitting. Her favorite passion was spending time with her family. She was an inspirational role model as she acquired her accounting degrees and, ultimately, her CPA certification. She was an accomplished controller for several companies until retiring to travel across the US.

Mabel is survived by her children, Lewis Wray, Jr. (Sue Fisher), Gary Wray (Joan), Douglas Wray (Kimberly McGarvey), Yvonne Beck (Gary). She is also survived by her grandchildren, Sarena Supersano (Russel), Steven Beck (Kelly), Jeffrey Wray (Kara Fullen), Cody Harrington, and Kyle Wray Piluso. She will be missed by her brother, Joseph Weaver, and sister, Lois Warner, along with her many nieces and nephews.
