Margaret H. Urland February 19, 1922 - August 26, 2022
Margaret H. Urland, 100, of Allentown, passed away, Friday, August 26, 2022, in Abode Care of Allentown. She was the wife of the late Paul S. Urland. Margaret was born in Corning, PA a daughter of the late Charles W. and Verna (Miller) Schaffer. She was a sewing machine operator for various garment manufacturers in the Lehigh Valley for many years before retiring. Margaret enjoyed gardening, sewing, and traveling.
Survivors: Daughter; Joanne E. and her husband Bruce T. Hockman of Athens, TN; four grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her daughter Deanna F. Urland in November of 2021.
Services: Gravesite services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Thursday, September 1st in the Upper Milford Evangelical Cemetery, Powder Valley. Reverend Karey Schaffer will officiant the services.
