Margaret L. Jones July 4, 1938 - September 16, 2021

Margaret L. “Marge” Jones, 83, of Allentown, passed away Thursday, September 16, 2021.  She was the wife of the late Robert L. Jones.  Born in Reading, she was a daughter of the late Walter A. and Margaret (Schucker) Bauer.  She was employed as a secretary for various businesses and was a member of the Cathedral Church of St. Catharine of Siena.  Survivors: son, Jeffrey M., Allentown; sister, Anne Marie Pentz and husband, Anthony J., Allentown; brother-in-law, Charles M. and wife, Patricia, Reading; sister-in-law, Marjorie B., Reading; several nieces and nephews.  Marge was preceded in death by son, Thomas R., and daughter-in-law, Janice A.  Services: 10:30 AM Thursday at STEPHENS FUNERAL HOME, INC.  274 N. Krocks Rd.  Call 9:30 AM until service time.  Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery.  Contributions: In lieu of flowers, to charity of choice.
