Marie I. Berghold December 19, 1947 - January 20, 2026

Marie I. Berghold, 78, of Coopersburg, passed away Tuesday, January 20, 2026, peacefully in her sleep. She was the wife of the late Victor H. Berghold. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Raymond and Isabella (Kressley) Smith. Marie worked for Frank Berghold Quality Fruit and Vegetables at the Allentown Fairgrounds for 40 years before retiring. She was a member of St. Paul’s Lutheran Blue Church, Coopersburg where she was a former choir member. Marie was a devoted mother and loved spending time with her family, cuddling with her lap dog Lucy, and playing BINGO. The family would like to thank St. Luke’s Hospice for providing such wonderful care for their mom.

Schoenly (Turner), Jake T. Berghold; Great-grandchildren: Trent, Karli, Kylie, Damon, Sadie; Sisters: Rosann Frey (Ralph), Gail Rauch (Danny).
