Michael Anthony Tisi May 29, 1984 - March 19, 2026

Michael Anthony Tisi, lovingly known to many as “Ready Mix Mike,” passed away on March 19, 2026, after a hard-fought battle with pancreatic cancer. He was 41 years old and, true to form, showed the same resilience and determination in his final chapter that defined his entire life.

Born on May 29, 1984, Michael lived life with a bold spirit, quick wit, and a knack for keeping everyone on their toes. Michael was the proud owner of his recruitment business, Ready Mix Mike, where his drive and determination helped him build something truly his own.

Michael is survived by his loving wife, Heidy; his stepdaughter, Samantha; his loyal dog, Chocolate; his parents, Ann and Pete; his brother, Dominick, and sister-in-law Leah; and his cherished niece and nephew, Aria and Asher.

Michael loved a good Cuban cigar, a great meal, and any excuse to travel. He was a loyal fan of Notre Dame football and the New York Jets, and an avid golfer who was hit by more balls than birdies he ever made.

More than anything, Michael was an incredibly loyal friend. If you needed him—no matter the time, no matter the reason—he was there. No questions asked. That kind of loyalty defined him and is something his friends and family will never forget.

He will be remembered for his humor, his toughness, and his determination. He showed up for the people in his life, and he never backed down from a challenge.

He will be deeply missed.
