Nancy L. Richey - February 18, 2024

Nancy L. Richey, 78, of Allentown, passed away Sunday, February 18, 2024 at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest Campus.  Born in 1945, she was the daughter of the late Julius and Marian (Campbell) Horvath.  She was the wife of the late Terry A. Richey, with whom she shared 27 years of marriage before his death in 2014.  Nancy retired from Kraft foods.  In her spare time, she enjoyed playing bingo and making trips to casinos.  She also enjoyed playing cards, and loved playing pinochle with her monthly card, with whom she played since 1973.  Above all, Nancy enjoyed life and loved spending every minute she could with her family and friends.  The family would like everyone to remember Nancy’s famous words during this time of grief and accept that “Whatever will be, will be”……”You know what I mean??”

Nancy is survived by her son, Robert O. Fatzinger, Jr. (Tina), brothers Michael J. Horvath (Maria), and James Horvath, grandchildren, Caden and Emerson Fatzinger, and Blake, Shelly, Bailey, and Frankie Roberts, and a great-granddaughter Charlotte Roberts, nieces, Gina Licini, Lisa Remaley, and Tina Frey and their families.  She will also be missed by her best friends, fellow card club members, and craft girls, Theresa Fox, Paulette Kalish, and Elayne Delatore.  She was predeceased by her son Timothy Fatzinger, and sister-in-law Joanne Horvath.

Services will be announced at a later date, Stephens Funeral Home has been entrusted to handle the arrangements.
