Robert E. Lawless March 3, 1931 - May 9, 2024

Robert E. Lawless, 93, formerly of Allentown, passed away Thursday, May 9, 2024, in the home of his son in Punta Gorda, FL. He was the husband of the late Joanne L. (Kibler) Lawless. Born in Tobyhanna, PA, he was a son of the late John and Florence (Hochrine) Lawless. Robert was a graduate of Allentown HS, class of 1949. He was an Army veteran of the Korean War and was a former member of A.L. Post #576. Robert was a service engineer for Air Products for 35 years before retiring in 1986. He was a member of Jerusalem Western Salisbury Church, Allentown, where he was a former consistory and building and grounds member.

Lawless, Jr. of Punta Gorda, FL; Daughter: Kathy Diehl and her husband Wayne of Coplay, PA; Son: Edward Lawless and his wife Heather of White Haven, PA; Brother: Paul Lawless and his wife Eleanor of Dover, DE; Grandchildren: 6; Great-grandchildren: 7. Robert was predeceased by a daughter Susan Lawless, a step-son William McFadden, 3 brothers and a sister.
