Roy D. Jones, Sr. July 8, 1941 - March 28, 2021

Roy D. Jones, Sr., 79, of Upper Macungie Twp., passed away Sunday, March 28, 2021 in his home. He was the husband of Carol A. (Finkle) Jones. They would have celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary on April 23rd. Born in Shelbyville, IN, he was a son of the late Morris Jones and Adda (Means) Jones Gardner and was a step-son of the late James Gardner. Roy was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. Mr. Jones was a sales representative for the Frozen Food Division of Campbell Sales Company for over 30 years before retiring. After retiring, Roy worked for Pinnacle Foods for 12 years. He was a member of Trinity Wesleyan Church, Allentown.

Survivors: Wife, Carol; Sons: Roy D. Jones, Jr. and his wife Lynne of Greenville, SC, Ryan D. Jones and his wife Crystal of Lower Merion; Grandchildren: Tyler, Connor, Adda, Lucas; Brother: Ray Jones and his wife Goldie; Sisters: Judy Speer and her husband Russell, Donna Laux and her husband Rockie; Sister-in-Law: Johanna Jones. Roy was predeceased by a daughter Robyn D. (Jones) Miller, a grandson Jacob and by brothers Robert Jones and James Gardner.
