Ruth D. Boehm August 26, 1936 - November 14, 2018

Ruth D. Boehm, 82, of Upper Milford Township, passed away Wednesday, November 14, 2018 in the Lehigh Valley Hospital, Inpatient Hospice Unit. She was the wife of the late Donald W. Boehm, Sr.  Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late Russel and Dorothy I. (Kratzer) Brinker.  She was employed as a cashier for the former Fenstermaker’s Market, Emmaus for many years before retiring from Bancorp, Inc. Ruth was a member of St. John’s United Church of Christ, Emmaus. Ruth enjoyed spending time with her family especially the family gatherings at the holidays and her vacations at the shore which included her morning walks to the bay.  Survivors: Sons, Donald, Jr. and his wife Michele of Macungie, Jeffrey and his wife Tanya of Macungie; daughters, Yvonne Kemmerer and her husband Kent of Eljin, SC, Marjorie Kistler of Macungie, Shelly Fehnel and her husband, Bill of Zionsville; sisters, Joyce Leonard of Northampton and Vivian Olsovsky and her husband Michael of Marietta, GA; ten grandchildren; one great granddaughter.  She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carolyn Diane and her son-in-law, Billy Kistler.
