Sally D. Waggoner December 25, 1941 - December 28, 2024

Sally D. Waggoner, 83, of Emmaus, PA, passed away Saturday, December 28, 2024, in Arden Courts, Allentown, PA. She was the wife of the late O. Samuel Waggoner who passed away in 1994. Born in Muncie, IN, she was the daughter of the late George William and Thelma (Garringer) Masing. Sally was a graduate of Burris Laboratory School and received degrees from Ball St. University. She was a Speech and Language Pathologist for Muncie Community Schools. A long-time member of the former College Avenue United Methodist Church in Muncie, Sally was a volunteer with Beyond I CAN and Habitat for Humanity. She was an extremely talented quilter and passionate gardener who enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family, especially her grandsons. Sally’s family would like to express their gratitude to the caregivers at Arden Courts and Holisticare Hospice who were so dedicated to her.

Survivors: Daughters: Shea M. Zukowski and her husband Stan of Emmaus, PA, Diann K. Garnett of Coopersburg, PA; Grandsons: Isaiah S. Zukowski and Elijah D. Zukowski; Brother: Milton A. Masing and his wife Sharon of Lawrenceburg, IN; Sister-in-Law: Phyllis Masing of Sun City FL. Sally is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by brothers Thomas B. Masing and James L. Masing.
