Sandra A. Hohl February 21, 1936 - May 8, 2025

Sandra A. Hohl, 89, of Wescosville, passed away peacefully Thursday, May 8, 2025, in Arden Courts of Allentown. She was the wife of the late James H. Hohl who passed away December 5, 2008. Born in LaCrosse, WI, she was a daughter of the late Loring A. Raymond and the late Lillian E. (Roberts) Raymond. Sandra received her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin in 1961. She was an elementary school teacher and substitute in the Allentown School District for 25 years. Sandra was a former member of Bethany United Methodist Church where she had been a Sunday School teacher. She was also a former Brownie Troop Leader in Wescosville.
Sandra dedicated her life to her family and friends. Her joy was having and raising her two daughters. Sandra regularly hosted family gatherings and was always willing to lend a helping hand. Regular visits to see her Wisconsin family and friends were a big part of her life. After surviving stage 4 breast cancer in 1994, she was thrilled to see her three grandchildren born, and visited them often as they grew up. She enjoyed attending retired teacher lunches on a regular basis and loved playing card games with her many close friends and neighbors.
Sandra had many hobbies and was always busy with a project. She enjoyed artificial flower arranging and often gave away her beautiful creations. Sandra loved growing a garden, and getting her hands in the dirt with flowers and hens & chicks. Going to the casino and wineries was always a favorite and she would never turn down getting some ice cream.
Her life is a testament of her love and sacrifice for family and friends. She was greatly loved and will be greatly missed.
