Sandra Rae Mankos February 7, 1947 - October 12, 2024

Sandra Rae Mankos, 77, of Allentown, passed away Saturday, October 12, 2024, at her residence. Born in 1947, she was the daughter of the late Warren and Corinne (Lean) Steckel. She was the wife of Dennis Mankos, with whom she shared 41 years of marriage. In her spare time, Sandra was very active in her children’s activities. She was an administrator for Union Terrace Athletics, and thrived in her roles as basketball coach, “team mom”, and band parent. She was also an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies and enjoyed watching professional tennis.

In addition to her husband Dennis, Sandra is survived by her children, Stephanie Gonzalez (Ramon), Kaitlyn Marcincin (Kyle), Kristin Mankos, and stepson Jamie Mankos (Casey), granddaughter Lucy, siblings Jeff Steckel, Kevin Steckel, and Robin Woodling, she was also survived by her beloved dog, Loki.

Services will be held privately at the family’s convenience. Stephens Funeral Home has been entrusted with the arrangements.
