Suzanne G. Yost June 10, 1942 - November 7, 2021

Suzanne G. “Sue” Yost, 79, of Alburtis, passed away Sunday, November 7, 2021, in the Lutheran Home at Topton Nursing Care Center. She and her husband, Joseph, celebrated their 61st wedding anniversary in August. Born in Allentown, she was a daughter of the late John F. and Ethel E. (Kramer) Wagner and was a 1960 graduate of Dieruff High School. A member of St. Joseph the Worker Catholic Church, Orefield, she served as a Eucharistic minister. Sue owned and operated three businesses during her lifetime. In addition to volunteering at a food pantry, she also served as the President of the former Angel Shop. Her true passion, though, was her grandchildren who called her Nana. She will always be remembered as a funny, spunky, independent, strong, protective, creative, humble, ambitious, generous, and loving person. She will be deeply missed.  Survivors: husband; sons, Michael J. and wife, Melissa, Saylorsburg, Anthony J. and fiancée, Barbie, Mertztown; daughters, Christine S. D’Andrea, Alburtis, Kathleen M. Levkulic and husband, John, Alburtis; brothers, John P. and wife, Ruth, Allentown, James P. and wife, Joanne, Schnecksville; sister, Jacqueline L. Bortz and husband, Thomas, Allentown; ten grandchildren; three step-granddaughters; eight great grandchildren. Brother, Douglas, and sister, Kathleen, predeceased her.  Services: Private.
