Terrence E. “Terry” Berndt September 5, 1949 - November 17, 2021

Terrence E. Berndt, age 72 years of 1901 W. Linden Street, Allentown, PA, passed away November 17, 2021, at St. Luke’s Hospital, Allentown. He was the son of Basil W. Berndt and Josephine E. Berndt. Terry was a Sergeant in the United State Army, a Vietnam Veteran and a Master Mason with the Porter Lodge # 284 F. & A. M. in North Catasauqua, PA. He retired from the PA Department of Transportation after 30 years of dedicated service. He was an accomplished artist having learned his talents from his very good friend, Andrew Wyeth. Terry, known to all his nieces and nephews as Uncle “T”, was a babysitter and friend extraordinaire and will be missed.

Survivors: He is survived by his sister Claire Burns-Neill, Kutztown, PA and brother William B. Berndt and his wife Winnie of Allentown, PA and many loving nieces and nephews.

Services: Friends and family are invited to call from 9:00 – 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, November 23rd in the Stephens Funeral Home, Inc. 274 North Krocks Road, Allentown. A masonic will begin at 11:00 A.M. followed by a celebration of Terry’s Life. Interment with military honors will be in the Resurrection Cemetery, Wescosville. www.stephensfuneral.com.
